初审通过是不是代表审核通过

初审通过代表申请人的资料已经基本符合银行的发卡标准，初审通过后部分银行会根据申请时提供资料以及外部征信对申请人再次审核，初审通过不代表最终核卡。信用卡的申请审核是综合评定的，一般在审核中参考的因素会比较多，比如客户的工作性质、学历、收入情况、个人稳定性、个人社会信用、其他金融产品使用情况等多个方面的状况。法律依据:《中华人民共和国宪法》 第五十三条 中华人民共和国公民必须遵守宪法和法律，保守国家秘密，爱护公共财产，遵守劳动纪律，遵守公共秩序，尊重社会公德。
