存在多份遗嘱时哪一份才有效？

法律分析：
有多份有效遗嘱存在的情况下，若有公证遗嘱，则以公证遗嘱为准，公证遗嘱的效力高于其它四种形式的遗嘱;但若有多份公证遗嘱存在时，则以最后一份公证遗嘱为准;若无公证遗嘱，则以最后所立的一份遗嘱为准确，也就是说自书、代书、录音、口头四种遗嘱的效力等同。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百四十二条 遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。
立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。
立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
