高考最新政策如下：1、严查高考移民现象，从之前单一的户籍要求，改为了“户籍+学籍”的双要求，参加高考，必须在当地学校就读3年以上，拥有3年以上的学籍；2、加大艺考文化课考察力度，文化课成绩+专业课成绩中，文化课成绩分数线提高；3、外国语学校保送政策变化，除北京外国语大学、上海外国语大学、外交学院三所大学外，其余大学不允许招收全国外国语高中推荐的保送生，禁止外国语学校学生被被调剂到高校非外语专业。
