释义	法律分析：抑郁症不影响量刑。抑郁症患者杀人，一般不属于法定的量刑情节，与正常人杀人无异。至于与抑郁症相关的其他情节，法官可能酌情考虑。但是，实务中一般不认为抑郁症可以从轻、减轻处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。
