释义	法律分析：销项负数发票一般是可以报销的,同时销项负数发票还是不需要认证的,对申请开具红字发票的,其进项税额转出应凭税务机关出具的通知单转出,应填入"红字专用发票通知单注明的进项税额"栏中,请勿凭开具的红字发票进行进项税额转出。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法实施细则》第三十四条开具发票后，如发生销货退回需开红字发票的，必须收回原发票并注明“作废”字样或取得对方有效证明；发生销售折让的，在收回原发票并注明“作废”字样后，重新开具销售发票。
