法律分析：
遗嘱公证后能更改。更改遗嘱是立遗嘱人的权利，但是因为公证遗嘱的效力比较高，因此公证遗嘱一般需要通过再立公证遗嘱的方式进行更改。如果只是重新写一份遗嘱，很有可能重新写的遗嘱无法对抗已经公证过的遗嘱。
法律依据
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百四十二条
遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。
立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。
立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
