释义	要满足前科消灭，必须要前罪已经执行完毕，并且在一定时间内没有犯新罪。我国法律并没有明文规定前罪消灭制度。只有在未成年保护法中有提到我国对于未成年人上面的保护有特殊的规定，如果是未成年人解除羁押或者服刑期满的未成年人的复学升学就业不受歧视，但是刑法刑事诉讼法上面并没有明确规定前科消灭制度。法律依据：《未成年人保护法》第57条第3款，解除羁押、服刑期满的未成年人的复学、升学、就业不受歧视。
