释义	依据我国著作权法的规定,看电影的时候进行偷拍的,无论是否公开播放偷拍的电影,都是属于侵犯著作权的行为,要承担法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第四十五条将录音制品用于有线或者无线公开传播，或者通过传送声音的技术设备向公众公开播送的，应当向录音制作者支付报酬。第四十八条电视台播放他人的视听作品、录像制品，应当取得视听作品著作权人或者录像制作者许可，并支付报酬；播放他人的录像制品，还应当取得著作权人许可，并支付报酬。
