犯本罪的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;后果特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。所谓后果特别严重，是指发生重大火灾，造成多人重伤、死亡或者公私财产的巨大损失。

《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十九条 违反消防管理法规，经消防监督机构通知采取改正措施而拒绝执行，造成严重后果的，对直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；后果特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
