释义	法律分析：单位要求劳动者统一着装，是为了便于管理和树立更为良好的企业形象，这无可厚非。但是，《中华人民共和国劳动法》规定用人单位有义务向劳动者提供必备的劳动条件，而提供工作服是职工必备的劳动条件之一，用人单位应当义务提供，不能将生产成本转嫁给劳动者，因此不得向劳动者收取工作服装费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
