释义	法律分析：工资压一个半月期限太长是不合法的。工资支付周期为月薪的，支付日不得超过次月7日;用人单位因故不能执行的，可以延长至12日，但最长不得超过15日。遇到工资压一个半月的情况，劳动者可以向当地劳动监察大队投诉，或者向当地有关部门申请仲裁。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
