释义	法律分析：无论干多长时间，休息时间是按法律规定的，一星期至少有一天的休息时间，所以休息时间并不是根据工作时间的长短来规定的，如果不满一月工资的话是按出勤天数计算的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第四十条用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：（一）元旦；（二）春节；（三）国际劳动节；（四）国庆节；（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
