释义	法律分析：《中华人民共和国劳动法》没有民营企业探亲假规定。法律依据：《国务院关于职工探亲待遇的规定》第二条凡在国家机关、人民团体和全民所有制企业，事业单位工作满一年的固定职工，与配偶不住在一起，又不能在公休假日团聚的，可以享受本规定探望配偶的待遇；与父亲、母亲都不住在一起，又不能在公休假日团聚的，可以享受本规定探望父母待遇。但是，职工与父亲或与母亲一方能够在公休假日团聚的，不能享受本规定探望父母的待遇。
