释义	法律分析: 网上不能注销公司。注销公司的流程为向登记机关提交依法作出解散、注销的决议或者决定，或者被行政机关吊销营业执照、责令关闭、撤销的文件；清算报告、负责清理债权债务的文件或者清理债务完结的证明；税务部门出具的清税证明；申请书等材料。登记机关审核通过的，予以注销。《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例》第四十六条市场主体未依照本条例办理变更登记的，由登记机关责令改正；拒不改正的，处1万元以上10万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。
