一、交强险过户了险费重新算吗
1、交强险过户了险费一般会重新算。被保险机动车没有发生道路交通安全违法行为和道路交通事故的，保险公司应当在下一年度降低其保险费率，被保险机动车发生道路交通安全违法行为或者道路交通事故的，保险公司应当在下一年度提高其保险费率。
2、法律依据：《机动车交通事故责任强制保险条例》第十六条
投保人不得解除机动车交通事故责任强制保险合同，但有下列情形之一的除外：
（一）被保险机动车被依法注销登记的；
（二）被保险机动车办理停驶的；
（三）被保险机动车经公安机关证实丢失的。
《机动车登记规定》第二十五条
已注册登记的机动车所有权发生转让的，现机动车所有人应当自机动车交付之日起三十日内向登记地车辆管理所申请转让登记。
机动车所有人申请转让登记前，应当将涉及该车的道路交通安全违法行为和交通事故处理完毕。
二、汽车过户的具体流程是什么
1、首先车辆过户需要准备好过户手续，凭手续开具二手车交易发票；
2、然后由车管所进行验车，拓号，照相；
3、验车通过以后进行选车牌号；
4、最后换新号牌，换领新行驶证，变更登记证书。
