释义	自签约之日起至毕业生到用人单位报到为止的这段时间。从这方面来说，毕业后三方协议仍有效，但是一般情况下，毕业后都到用人单位报道了，而且开始用毕业证签订劳动合同了，三方协议自然就失效了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十九条第二款同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。两个试用期是违法的。
