房屋租赁属于哪个部门管理？

法律分析：
租房归房地产管理部门管理。出租人对享有所有权的房屋可以依法出租，出租人将房屋提供给承租人使用，承租人应当定期给付约定的租金并在租赁关系终止时将房屋完好无损地返还于出租人。房屋租赁应当依法办理租赁登记，未经登记不得对抗善意第三人。
法律依据：
《商品房屋租赁管理办法》 第四条 国务院住房和城乡建设主管部门负责全国房屋租赁的指导和监督工作。县级以上地方人民政府建设房地产主管部门负责本行政区域内房屋租赁的监督管理。
