释义	法律分析：断绝父子关系的的行为并不具有法律上的效力，即使当事人达成意愿，法律关系也不会改变。父母和子女关系是一种血亲关系，血亲关系多因血缘关系而形成，血缘关系不能通过法律或其他手段人为加以解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第十一条父母或者其他监护人应当关注未成年人的生理、心理状况和行为习惯，以健康的思想、良好的品行和适当的方法教育和影响未成年人，引导未成年人进行有益身心健康的活动，预防和制止未成年人吸烟、酗酒、流浪、沉迷网络以及赌博、吸毒、卖淫等行为。
