释义	法律分析：我国法律对被吊销公司恢复没有规定。吊销是一种行政处罚，除法定的处罚错误的情形外，不能恢复或撤销。而一旦认定吊销错误，做出吊销决定的相关人员均会依法受到处分。因此，除通过法院行政诉讼等方式判决工商局违法外，被吊销公司不存在恢复或撤销吊销的可能性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十一条违反本法第十七条规定设定的行政许可，有关机关应当责令设定该行政许可的机关改正，或者依法予以撤销。
