释义	我国现行计划生育政策鼓励晚婚，男年满二十五周岁、女年满二十三周岁的初婚为晚婚。符合晚婚年龄的夫妇，可以在法定三天婚假的基础上增加婚假天数，双方达到双方享受，增加的婚假工资、奖金照发，晚育假期的工资、奖金照发，其奖金额由享受者所在单位自行规定，但其奖金额不得少于同时期同类人员的平均奖，并且不影响到其他奖金，如季度奖、半年奖、年终奖等。
