释义	法律分析：依据我国《刑法》的规定，如果公司故意对国有的档案进行毁坏的，或者对会计档案进行故意毁坏的，就有可能构成刑事犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百二十九条抢夺、窃取国家所有的档案的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。违反档案法的规定，擅自出卖、转让国家所有的档案，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。有前两款行为，同时又构成本法规定的其他犯罪的，依照处罚较重的规定定罪处罚。
