释义	正常离职有工资，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。正常离职的工资按照剔除国家规定的节假日后，用月工资出勤天数，再按照实际出勤天数计算。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
