释义	法律分析：委托他人代表自己行使自己的合法权益，被委托人在行使权力时需出具委托人的法律文书。而委托人不得以任何理由反悔委托事项。被委托人如果做出违背国家法律的任何权益，委托人有权终止委托协议，在委托人的委托书上的合法权益内，被委托人行使的全部职责和责任都将由委托人承担，被委托人不承担任何法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。
