释义	非农业户口就是城镇户口。但现在搞户籍改革，只有居民户口，消除城乡差别，也就是说以后只有居民户口，没有农业和非农之说。法律依据：《国务院关于进一步推进户籍制度改革的意见》（九）建立城乡统一的户口登记制度。取消农业户口与非农业户口性质区分和由此衍生的蓝印户口等户口类型，统一登记为居民户口，体现户籍制度的人口登记管理功能。建立与统一城乡户口登记制度相适应的教育、卫生计生、就业、社保、住房、土地及人口统计制度。
