释义	农民耕地使用权年限自签订耕地承包合同之日起计算。耕地的承包使用权期限为三十年，承包期内发包方不得收回承包地，到期后重新发包，届满后续期的可以再延长三十年。法律依据：《农村土地承包法》第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。第二十七条承包期内，发包方不得收回承包地。
