释义	法律分析：寒假工是可以随时辞职的，寒假工和用人单位之间建立的应该是非全日制劳动关系，非全日制劳动关系当中双方当事人都可以随时随地的终止用工关系，如果只是寒假工的话，在提出辞职以后假如单位苛扣了一部分工资，可以向当地的劳动局投诉这种违法行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。
