公司有权调岗实习生吗

满足一定条件的话,公司有权调岗实习生。根据我国的法律法规,单位在劳动者不能胜任工作和在医疗期满后不能从事原工作的情形下有权单方调岗。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条劳动者不能胜任工作和在医疗期满后不能从事原工作的情形下,用人单位有权调岗。《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第六条女职工在孕期不能适应原劳动的,用人单位可以安排其他能够适应的劳动。
