释义	重婚，是指有配偶的人又与他人结婚或以夫妻名义共同生活的行为，或明知他人有配偶而与之结婚或者与之以夫妻名义共同生活的行为。重婚包括法律上的重婚和事实上的重婚两种情况。法律上的重婚指前婚尚未解除又与他人登记结婚的，事实上的重婚指前婚尚未解除又与他人形成事实婚姻的。根据有关司法解释，有配偶的人与他人以夫妻名义同居生活的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之以夫妻名义同居生活的，仍应按重婚定罪处罚。法律依据《刑法》第二百五十八条
