释义	法律分析：证明人应是指保证人，保证人是对某项事务作出保证行为的人，保证人首先必须是排除主合同中债权人和债务人以外的第三人，因为保证人是为了在债务人不能履行债务时，代为履行债务或承担责任而设定的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百九十一条第三人提供担保，未经其书面同意，债权人允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务的，担保人不再承担相应的担保责任。
