释义	法律分析: 提出犯人进行审讯，因为案情重大或其他原因，上级法院把下级法院尚未判决或已经判决的案件提来自行审判。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十七条上级人民法院对下级人民法院已经发生法律效力的判决，发现确有错误的，有权提审或者指令下级人民法院再审。上级法院决定提审的，通过下级法院，提取全部案件材料，作出裁定，由自己进行再审令下级法院再审的，说明情况指出理由，并告知下级法院。下级法院接到上级法院的通知后，应根据通知进行再审，并将再审结果上报发出指令的上级法院。
