保管期满的会计档案可以销毁吗

最新的会计档案的保管期限分为永久、定期两类，其中定期保管期限一般分为10年和30年。会计档案的保管期限从会计年度终了后的第一天算起。当年形成的会计档案，在会计年度终了后，可由单位会计管理机构临时保管一年，一年后再移交单位档案管理机构保管。

《中华人民共和国会计法》第二十三条各单位对会计凭证、会计帐簿、财务会计报告和其他会计资料应当建立档案，妥善保管。会计档案的保管期限和销毁办法，由国务院财政部门会同有关部门制定。
