释义	法律分析： 1、有人无人都应当减速，遇行人过马路随时可以停车2、停车等候或拥堵时，禁止占用人行横道，经过人行横道时减速，等前车通过后有足够位置后，再一次性通过3、人行横道有停止线的，行人进入人行横道，机动车已经越过停止线的可以通行，没有的应停在停止线外。没有停止线的，应该与人保持1.5米以上距离。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十七条机动车行经人行横道时，应当减速行驶；遇行人正在通过人行横道，应当停车让行。机动车行经没有交通信号的道路时，遇行人横过道路，应当避让。
