问题	如何计算合同截止日期法条
释义	按照合同中约定的履行期限，截止到当天的二十四小时，合同就截止。如果期限的最后一天是法定休假日，则以法定休假日结束的次日为期间的最后一日。法条根据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百零二条按照年、月计算期间的，到期月的对应日为期间的最后一日；没有对应日的，月末日为期间的最后一日。第二百零三条期间的最后一日是法定休假日的，以法定休假日结束的次日为期间的最后一日。期间的最后一日的截止时间为二十四时；有业务时间的，停止业务活动的时间为截止时间。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
