释义	法律分析：单独的吸毒行为不构成犯罪，也不会判刑，是违反治安管理规定的违法行为，轻则拘留、罚款，吸毒成瘾者会被强制戒毒两年。三年来没有再吸毒的，别人再举报警方也无权再追究责任。因为治安案件的追究时限为六个月。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十二条有下列行为之一的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处2000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款：
