释义	对于他人品牌进行抢注的行为是不合法的。品牌购买为合法行为，而恶意抢注是违法行为。若明知行为人抢注而仍然购买的，该购买行为违法。若不知道行为人抢注而仍然购买的，该购买行为不违法。《中华人民共和国商标法》第三十二条申请商标注册不得损害他人现有的在先权利，也不得以不正当手段抢先注册他人已经使用并有一定影响的商标。《中华人民共和国商标法》第五十八条将他人注册商标、未注册的驰名商标作为企业名称中的字号使用，误导公众，构成不正当竞争行为的，依照《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》处理。
