释义	代签合同要符合法律的规定，才有效力。合同代签属于代理行为。订立合同的时候，当事人要具有相应的民事权利能力和民事行为能力，也可以委托代理人订立合同。所以，法律没有禁止合同代签，但合同代签要符合规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。第一百六十六条数人为同一代理事项的代理人的，应当共同行使代理权，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
