不动产转移预告登记是什么意思
释义
法律分析：不动产预告登记指当事人签订买卖房屋或者其他不动产物权的协议，为保障将来实现物权，而按照约定可以向登记机关申请预告登记。如在商品房预售中，购房者可以就尚未建成的住房进行预告登记，以制约开发商把已出售的住房再次出售或者进行抵押。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百二十一条 当事人签订买卖房屋的协议或者签订其他不动产物权的协议，为保障将来实现物权，按照约定可以向登记机构申请预告登记。预告登记后，未经预告登记的权利人同意，处分该不动产的，不发生物权效力。
