释义	法律分析: 高铁票在开车前任何时间都是可以改签的。另外，在开车后，仍然可以改签当日其他列车，但只能在票面发站办理改签，且开车后改签的车票不能退票。法律依据: 《动车组列车旅客运输管理办法》第三十四条旅客不能按票面指定的日期、车次乘车时，应当在票面指定的日期、车次开车前办理一次提前或推迟乘车签证手续，特殊情况经站长同意可在开车后2小时内办理。持动车组列车车票的旅客改乘当日其他动车组列车时不受开车后2小时内限制。团体旅客不应晚于开车前48小时。
