释义	向法院提出申请宣告某人无民事行为能力。去法院指定的鉴定机构做鉴定(对了解情况的家属进行询问，对被鉴定人进行询问，对相关病历进行审查等)。法律依据：《民法典》第二十条不满八周岁的未成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。《民法典》第二十一条不能辨认自己行为的成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。八周岁以上的未成年人不能辨认自己行为的，适用前款规定。
