释义	法律分析：看守所可以带信出来。犯罪嫌疑人被羁押期间仍然享有通信权，可以给当事人写信。但是出于侦查需要，嫌疑人被关押期间的一切信件都要经过看守所警察的检查，凡是涉及案情或可能涉及案情的、或者可能影响嫌疑人情绪的信件，警察一般都不会交给嫌疑人。如果发现有碍侦查、起诉、审判的，可以扣留、并移送办案机关处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》第三十一条看守所接受办案机关的委托，对人犯发收的信件可以进行检查。如果发现有碍侦查、起诉、审判的，可以扣留，并移送办案机关处理。
