释义	法律分析：在外国依照婚姻缔结地法律结婚的，只要不违背中国婚姻的的基本原则和中华人民共和国社会公共利益，其婚姻关系在中国境内有效。但是需要注意的是，即使有效，也无法在中国境内离婚，只能回到结婚地离婚。法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第十二条办理离婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予受理：（一）未达成离婚协议的；（二）属于无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人的；（三）其结婚登记不是在中国内地办理的。
