释义	证券业协会的性质 &nbsp&nbsp证券&nbsp证券业协会，是由证券公司和其他证券经营、服务机构及其人员自愿组织成立的。它有自己的独立财产或基金，有成员共同制定的团体章程，其活动不以营利为目的。&nbsp 根据《证券法》第一百六十二条的规定，证券业协会是证券业的自律性组织，是社会团体法人。我国对是否入会采取的是自愿入会与强制入会相结合的方式。证券公司必须加入证券业协会；证券公司以外的其他会员属于自愿入会。&nbsp 证券业协会的权力机构为由全体会员组成的会员大会。&nbsp
