释义	合同解除的前提之一是要合同有效。因为合同有效，才说明合同双方当事人存在合法有效的权利义务关系，才会存在合同解除的相关问题。如果合同无效，合同自始都不成立，所以，不存在合同解除的情形。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百六十二条，当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
