释义	借条不是合同的一种形式，借条是表明债权债务关系的书面凭证，不属于合同，一般由债务人书写并签章，表明债务人已经欠下债权人借条注明金额的债务。借条是指借个人或公家的现金或物品时写给对方的条子，钱物归还后，打条人收回条子，即作废或撕毁。法律依据《民法典》第六百六十七条，借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
