释义	法律分析：房屋在租赁期内买卖发生所有权转移的，不影响房屋租赁合同的效力，买受人要继续履行租赁合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十五条租赁物在承租人按照租赁合同占有期限内发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。第七百二十六条出租人出卖租赁房屋的，应当在出卖之前的合理期限内通知承租人，承租人享有以同等条件优先购买的权利；但是，房屋按份共有人行使优先购买权或者出租人将房屋出卖给近亲属的除外。
