释义	公房也称公有住房，国有住宅。它是指由国家以及国有企业、事业单位投资兴建、销售的住宅，在住宅未出售之前，住宅的产权(拥有权、占有权、处分权、收益权)归国家所有。目前居民租用的公有住房，按房改政策分为两大类：一类是可售公有住房，一类是不可售公有住房。上述两类房均为使用权房。市属的企事业单位职工按照成本价或标准价购买的产权房可以直接上市交易;中央在京的企事业单位职工在出售已购公有住房的时候需要依据《中央在京单位已购公有住房上市出售管理办法》操作，经央产房交易大厅审批合格后方可上市交易。
