释义	刑事案件犯罪嫌疑人的家属不能查阅案卷，只有被告人的辩护律师才能查阅卷宗。刑事案件当事人没有权利查阅卷宗。按照我国刑事诉讼法的相关规定，一般来说，刑事案件的当事人是不可以查询卷宗资料的，只能由代理律师进行查阅。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第四十条辩护律师自人民检察院对案件审查起诉之日起，可以查阅、摘抄、复制本案的案卷材料。其他辩护人经人民法院、人民检察院许可，也可以查阅、摘抄、复制上述材料。
