释义	法律分析：没有特殊情况，是不可以回家的。两年义务兵役期间是没有探亲假的。但是家庭遭遇重大变故的（直系亲属去世），可以请事假15天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第十九条义务兵服现役的期限为二年。第二十条义务兵服现役期满，根据军队需要和本人自愿，经团级以上单位批准，可以改为士官。根据军队需要，可以直接从非军事部门具有专业技能的公民中招收士官。
