释义	法律分析：公安部发布的111号令以及以后修改的139号令，认定残疾人驾驶的汽车是“残疾人专用小型自动挡载客汽车”。城市的大中型公共场所的公共停车场和大型居住区的停车场，应当按照无障碍设施工程建设标准设置并标明无障碍停车位。无障碍停车位为肢体残疾人驾驶或者乘坐的机动车专用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》第四条国家采取辅助方法和扶持措施，对残疾人给予特别扶助，减轻或者消除残疾影响和外界障碍，保障残疾人权利的实现。
