释义	国庆节放假期间，10月1日、2日、3日是法定假日。根据《劳动法》第四十四条、劳动部《工资支付暂行规定》第十三条规定，用人单位在10月1日至3日安排劳动者工作的，按照不低于劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或小时工资标准的300%支付劳动者工资；其余放假时间安排劳动者工作的，应当按同等时间安排补休，不能安排补休的，按照不低于劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或小时工资标准的200%支付劳动者工资。
